Hackers Caught

Two hackers stole personal info from over 100,000 I pad users including famous performers and politicians. They are telling the charges for the two men on Tuesday. AT&T revealed the security problems months ago, but there is no evidence that says the criminals used the information for criminal purposes.
I think the hackers were paid to show everyone the are problems with the I pad. AT&T probably just paid the hackers to go do so Apple would go ask for their help. AT&T should realize that they might get in trouble if they did do that.

Man Injured in Prison Week

A former inmate is suing the federal government after the staff were slow to come to his aid. Resident Timothy Elliott, 37 alleges that he suffered permanent disabling injuries during the prison riot on Jan. 10, 2009. According to Elliott he was moving from one prison area to the next before a group of inmates started a riot. He was stabbed a couple of times and beaten from head to toe. The correction staff were informed but did not stop to help Robert, instead Robert was left bleeding without assistance.
This is disturbing because the correction staff is payed to stop stuff like this but they just watched as someone got hurt.Even if the man was an inmate getting hurt, they have to protect everyone in the prison as if they were like their child. This is how a job of protecting people works and no one should get hurt, so the government should be getting sued for hiring people who do not do their job.

No One Comes to Aid

A elderly woman was found in a Toronto Driveway without vital signs in the bitter cold. It was said that no one answered her cries for help. There might have been a different outcome if the police were informed earlier or at all. A newspaper women found the women at 5:30 a.m. in a driveway at Kennaley Crescent just a block away from her home. It is said that the women had Alzheimer's disease which had her walk away her from her house around 2 in the morning in the bitter cold. The is no foul play suspected in the case but she looked distraught and looking for help. It is suspected that many people saw this and did not call the police.
This is surprising because an old lady like this asking for help everyone just watching and not helping sounds rotten. This does not feel real and not really happening. If this true it is just wrong and out of this world. People who saw this should have to jail because I do not know how you watch it and not do anything

The Battle Continues

There has always a selling battle between AT&T and Verizon wireless. To get ahead of it's rival Verizon is trying to bring in the I phone 4 to help bring up sales. It took 3 years for Verizon to get apple tomake a  deal while their rivals had the I Phone's since the release of them. This will also help apple compete with their rivals, Google Inc. Verizon revealed that the I Phone was not a year old when the negotiations became serious. That is when Apple realized they needed another provider in the states to keep their U.S. a strong momentum.
This is showing people will do anything to gain money and do not care who gets hurt. If people cared more there would never be people who are rich or poor. Everyone would have the same stuff because we can all afford the same stuff and all afford the same thing. This is why we should find a way for everyone to to get everyone to have the same amount of money.

New Mayor

After a long ten month race for the mayor position is over. Rob Ford has surpassed all and taken control of Ontario for the position of mayor. Previous mayor David Miller did not seek a third term. Many people thought Liberal leader George Smitherman was going to come up on top.41% percent of the votes when to Rob Ford so it makes it a minority. As the race for mayor got close to voting day it was full of ugly incidents with the homophobic commercials targeting the openly gay Smitherman and the article targeting Ford's weight. But only only one person can come out on top and that was Ford.
With mayoral race you really think about the days looking up to this moment which was filled with things that are not supposed to be there like ads and articles about the opponent. The race is where your supposed to put out your points not to chirp your opponent. Make points and put out why you would be a better mayor

Climate Change Conference in Cnacun

Ministers have started to fly down to a resort in Cancun for a climate control conference.Chris Huhne, the energy and climate mister is the leader of 45 other British delegates that are staying in Mexico for climate control conference. The expensive conference will be guarded by the Mexican army. This conference is being criticized by environmentalist because of the destruction of forest in the hotel where it is being held. More than 15,000 people have flown down for the annual United Nations meeting to see how they are going to cut down carbon emissions.
This is a big threat to the existence of our planet and many countries do not as much as they should right now. If everyone were aware of this problem then there would be less of a threat of carbon emissions. I think if everyone in the world did something to this then our earth would be safe for a longer period of time.

CES gadget show dominated by tablet

The Consumer Electronic Show(CES) was dominated by none other than the tablets. It is thought that over a hundred or more portable gadgets are to be shown off at the four-day technology show. There is gonna be over 120,000 people visiting the 150,000 sq m hall in Las Vegas. These computers is smarter living and has greater mobility, and is going to be sold more in 2011.
I think a tablet is not nearly as good as a normal laptop because a tablet is flat and easy to break. It could easily fall and break on something on the floor. It could also be easily crushed by books or scratched by anything sharp. This is why i would never would like to use a tablet over a laptop.
